Spotlessly clean and very peaceful
Positive: The peace and calm of the location was incredible. Despite being surrounded by other blocks of apartments you barely notice anyone around. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Plenty of hot water for showers at all times of the day.
Negative: Unfortunately there is a very loud noise in toilet when upstairs occupants flush their toilet.
It would be very useful if there was an iron as well.
